Cheer on the next generation of hula dancers at this prestigious annual contest exclusively for pint-sized competitors aged 6–12 years old. Similar to the Merrie Monarch Festival format, watch performances for Kahiko and ‘Auana categories as well as individual Miss and Master Keiki Hula awards. Plus, enjoy a vendor village at the Exhibition Hall with a craft and fashion fair, a display of historic Hawaiian memorabilia and an entertainment stage.

International ‘Ukulele Festival of Hawai‘i

The event organizers behind the ‘Ukulele Picnic are bringing back the legacy of Roy and Kathy Sakuma’s ‘Ukulele Festival of Hawai‘i in a new form with this event. Expect killer performances by Raiatea Helm, Jake Shimabukuro and Crossing Rain plus international musicians and local keiki groups.
